Body Blast is a full body workout based on strength training using hand weights, we also incorporate some cardiovascular work. All moves can be adapted to suit the individual needs, you don’t have to be a certain fitness level to join this class. If you are looking to become more energetic and less lethargic, stronger, leaner and to make new friends then this is a great class for YOU. It’s a fun class to up beat music where everyone works to their own individual level. You will feel accomplished and full of energy after this class!

ReBoUnDRebounding is a completely unique exercise concept which raises your endorphins, flushes toxins and dead cells from your body and improves your immune system (Lymphatic Drainage). Other benefits include, weight loss, improved posture and improved bone density, body sculpting and toning.
NASA quoted '' Exercise on a rebounder is the most efficient and effective exercise devised by man'' It is a low impact aerobic workout utilizing a Rebounder(mini trampoline) This exercise is even said to work off hangovers!!!! Because this workout simultaneously combines physical exertion, gravity and vertical motion as you bound, toxins are quickly flushed from muscles into the bloodstream and eliminated from the body. Rebounding is amazingly detoxifying and so much fun, who doesn't smile when bouncing? Core, Stretch & Relax to the MaxCore, Stretch & Relax to the Max is focused on targeting your deep core muscles, we include lots of stretching to help lengthen the muscles and work on flexibility. We end the class with 5 minutes of relaxation, leaving you feeling relaxed and calm.

Park FitnessLadies outdoor fitness is a great class with lots of fun and laughter. We train outdoor whatever the weather. It's a full body workout with high and low intensity exercises. This is aimed at women of all fitness levels and we especially welcome those who haven't exercised for a while or are new to exercise.
Body COnditioningThis online class is great for toning those stubborn areas.. we use hand weights to target specific muscles and there's an element of aerobic exercise.
LBTLBT is another of Viva Fitness online classes and is a low impact but high intensity with options to suit every level of fitness. We teach it as interval training, this means we do short spurts of exercise then we rest in between.
You can expect to do lower body, upper body and core strengthening exercises, we make it fun and achievable. It's an all over body workout and you'll feel great afterwards! |
